Please consult your tax advisor. You will be charged sales tax unless proper documentation is filed with our Business Office. On purchases for resale, we must have a copy of your current Certificate of Resale on file. For exempt organizations, we must have a copy of the state issued letter with your tax exemption # (E...) on file. Companies working on tax exempt projects must provide an exemption letter or form for each tax exempt project. Any of this documentation may be emailed to us at email@example.com. Please inform us of your tax exempt status when you place your order.
Damages or defects
It’s important to note that some of our items are vintage and or antique, one-of-a-kind pieces. If your order, new or vintage is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us immediately. You may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. A picture of your damage or defect is required. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization.
All items returned are subject to inspection. New and unused items must be in perfect, resealable condition, and must be returned within 15 days after receiving your purchase. Simply call 847-987-8308 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for your authorization and further instructions. Please note: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damages or errors on our part. Sale items, special orders, or previously used (vintage and antique) items are non-refundable unless damaged beyond that of the item description.

Savvycityfarmer makes ordering online safe and secure. We protect your information by using SSL Secure Certificate to encrypt all your personal data. Encryption safeguards your data from hackers while it is in transit to and from this site.
Collection of Information and Use
We collect personal data, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and to help us assist in order processing.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. We provide information to outside companies that assist us in our efforts to keep you informed. Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order is received.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States (we regretfully cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.)

Some larger items may cost more to ship. When this is the case, you will see the surcharge listed by the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the regular delivery charges listed above.
We regret we cannot currently process international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Tracking a Package
Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a tracking number with a link to the carriers will be emailed and listed in your account information. Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking details for your package.
