once in a great while I get feedback that
my prices are high ...

when  I set up a show I try
to have a price range for everyone ...

pieces for that
"I just gotta have it no matter what the cost client"
and the stay at home Mom with
 limited fun money!

today I'm at the workbench
creating all kinds of
wonderful affordable "junk"

... clip art ...

I don't know what your prices are like...although I would LOVE to go to one of your shows! I am notoriously, ahem, "frugal" but since I opened my etsy shop and began selling handmade items I have a new understanding of the pricing needed to stay in business. When a person has to burn gas finding stock, time to clean it up, transform it, store it, set up a show, (hours and hours of very hard work) work the show, and then clean it all up and start over, it is only fair to pay a fair price. The vendor is saving the customer many hours of searching for the perfect item and possible hours of repair and painting work. No, this is not an item made in China with slave labor, it is a show put together with talent and hard work and done because that is how you make a living. The things I see on your blog are awesome! You earn every penny. I'll get off my soap box now, whew! I feel better ;>)

Love your clip art! I think everyone in the Biz hears people complaining about how much things cost, but I'm not sure they really grasp the concept of all we put into doing these Shows and having one of a kind items for them to purchase.

Good luck!

Your clip art is very cool! Since I live 30 mins from Nashville, I'm curious as to what you are coming for and when.
