HOPE Y'ALL HAD A BEAUTIFUL
THANKSGIVING
it's back to the gloves and the greens
for this weary farmer ...
starting with the farmhouse front porch and working
my way to today this weary farmer
(did I just say that)
has planted
30 custom urns
with fresh greens and
wiped her dripping nose a thousand times.
why put away the patio furniture??
y'all know my mantra
chanting all together now
'USE WHAT YA HAVE '
I unearthed this fabulous
laundry cart from the shed
a few days ago ...
It began speaking to me immediately ...
sigh
just
coming
up
for
air
have a blessed new week

Hi Joy, Just love all your ideas. The black mailbox with the skates and plaid accent is genius, leave it to you Joy to use things in a new and beautiful combination. Is it too early to wish you a Merry Christmas? Enjoy! Love, Penny
Hello Joy! Love it! Everything looks just perfect! If that laundry cart ever makes it to your Shop the Shed and can be shipped, I would love for it to be shipped right over to my house! :) You are always so good at putting it all together!

gorgeous! you done good!
Well, it was certainly worth all the snotty nose Labor... it looks Magnificent! I'd Love to use fresh Greens, but here in the Desert they last about a minute and a half before they're caput. So I'll just live vicariously thru the Greens you all in Cooler climates can provide me the Images and Inspiration of... I'm not complainin', 80 degree weather in November and December suits me just fine because I've been a Desert Rat so long now. *Winks*

Happy Anniversary!
I loved all of your photos of Chicago, it made me homesick! I love these urns, and am in awe of your talent. I am so thankful that I found your beautiful blog, and you. Your faith, love of family and the beauty in the ordinary is an inspiration to me.
Have a blessed week, Elizabeth
It all looks AMAZING...
The laundry cart...I must have it. :)
If you ever think of selling it, please please let me know!
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Everything looks lovely!
My gosh, Joy! What are you going too do with 30 urns? I assume you're selling some and not using them all at your home? I do see quite a few in your pics and they are stunning! I need some greens. I used to have trees to cut from, but not in this yard. Have to head back to the woods behind us and snip snip :) Loving the way you're incorporating your items with Christmas pizazz! Lovely! Hugs, Leena
Always love what I find here! The rustic look of a farmhouse Christmas is my dream. I'll have to be content with my 1000 sq ft ranch style home that I've raised my children in and try to make my decorations farmhouse-like. Thanks always for the wonderful ideas.
Bonnie
